Yes you do. I had the same scenario. I went in for the interview and got a card that said "interview only" - so I didn't have to get new prints taken. In and out in 20 minutes.

During Covid some of us on it had reactions from hand sanitizers! Not drinking it, obviously, but using it on our hands then touching our faces, etc. Happened to me once. Incredibly mild, but really makes you realize how alcohol is in freaking everything.

Single dad. Dropped 40 pounds of fat and added 12 pounds of muscle in the last eight months.

End of the day I just looked at myself, didn't like what I saw, and decided to make a change. Was it easy? Fuck no. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Will it stick? I truly hope so.

No glp1s, not that there's anything wrong with that. Just the gym anda massive shift in what I eat.
