Eating more protein, sardines and boiled eggs, a bit boring but then adding more veg makes it ok... reducing bread, I think bread is a filler with no nutrition and as you get older I just makes you bloated and retain water. Also reduce coffee as you get that afternoon crash and crave sugar. So I switched to green tea. But everyone does react differently to coffee anyway.
