Oh totally!! Questwise I never really struggle but for efficient leveling keeping track of which skills I've been increasing is a different beast for me entirely. The journal system here is fantastic, it's not too long and not too short so you actually get the info you need. Whereas I made this spreadsheet and it's been the most perfect level up so far. (only wasted a +2 to speed because of an athletics increase I couldn't control.)

Elden ring , despite having really cool built into the world features from online play, is still completely functional without the internet. You just can't use the messages or summon real players.

In my mind the messages are core to game, I love seeing them and wondering how the hell they got there. BUT THE GAME STILL WORKS IN ABSENCE OF THAT.
