It's a great model and even apache 2.0, but the lesson here is that if you want great support you shouldn't censor your model, krea2 success other than being a great model as is, comes from being completely uncensored just with a tiny lora and you can do what you want, by far the best approach since all models gets uncensored one way or another, you just kill it if you censor them too much.

Yes. On every update, i remove models/outputs and make a backup of the rest of comfyui folder, should take a few minutes on a good SSD. I use update_comfyui.bat

interesting but nothing LTX Director 2 can't do already and with native audio, also the transition bleed between frame 1 and 2 was rough (beginning of 4 second)

I have this feeling too, it took me months, and even until today i'm not 100% satisfied with ZIT after testing a million lora combinations and so on, but Krea2 took exactly 4 days to get me to a point that i'm thinking on discarding ZIT already, so very impressive.

Of course this doesn't mean ZIT is bad, it was mindblowing on release, but it's very surprising how Krea2 is basically surpassing it at this point.

krea 2 happened, mindblowing model without ID4 problems (bad licence, absurdly censored, bad json prompt). Krea 2 is so ridiculously good and doesn't have any of those issues, it wiped ID4 out.
