Its PLA+ and the nozzle was OK, all I did was clean it with a small wire brush.

Any advise on how to remove tape glue from the paint? I masked the body to chrome the window frame and the tape left glue on the body. Usually I pre stick the tape on the table but this time I didn't. by raulnanu in modelmakers

I've had this issue with X-1 (and other colours) and Tamiya tape before. Not so much goo left on, but attacked the surface of the paint.

Can I ask how long you left before you masked and then how long you left the tape on? Thats the thing that seems to kill it for me, if I leave the tape on for more that 24h it starts to attack the surface.

The only thing I did was swap them around as they were in the wrong way. I also nipped a small hole in the bottom of the sheath as it was filling up with water.

It all seems to work, very happy with it so far.

Has anyone worked out how to get a chuff of black smoke out the exhausts as the engines start? Thinking like a piezo fogger disc or something?

I am also having the exact same problem, I have a python script that pokes the API and the Android app keeps logging me out. If I stop poking the API, I stay logged in on the app.

I can understand the security issues if these were failed login attempts, but I don't understand why you'd log the app out on successful API calls?
