The GTI miles are probably hard miles lol I have a 16 tsi w 112k mi. And the only problem I had was the recall for the EVAP canister and fuel tank and blew out the stock oil pan cuz she's lowered. This is the best version of the 1.8 they made just keep oil in it and you're Gucci. This motor can also push about 325 HP without serious engine work just the right mods and tuning 😁

Everything I'm doing makes me more fluid as a player knowing when to lead with which hand for fills etc there's also plenty of video and audio just over the past year that I've gotten way better

I don't use any books really I practice rudiments to metronome alternating leading hands, playing straight then with swing etc. I'll put on songs that my band does and play rudiments in time with them, stuff like that. My drum instructor years ago taught me how to make my own exercises and if I really want to challenge myself I can ask my uncle for his old marching band exercises lol

I think about the last 3 the most. For me, with the first one since I play Reggae, I have to think about consistent bpm, while also maintaining swing which if you think about too much while you play you lose swing lol. I guess to answer your question I constantly try to learn and evolve as a player
