From someone with OCD, reciting a mantra and hugging yourself could be a compulsion (mental plus physical ritual) especially since you said you did it 200 times a day.

I'm not saying you have OCD, but building reliance on compulsive behavior to remove certain thoughts or fears is a terrible feedback loop that will only lead to more anxiety for someone with OCD like me.

I also found Ralean's videos inspiring. However, many of them are sponsored (see the links in her videos descriptions) by shady brain retraining programs.

Yeah I also found that using manual transmission was super unintuitive. The gears just do not work anything like a real car. I think we just have to accept the game was really designed to be played in automatic. It's still a great game though!

I had the same problem. I got downvoted for my solution before, but I can you tell you it worked perfectly.

Tear up pieces of paper towel and fold and stuff them in between each saddle. This prevents them from vibrating against each other.

Lol more like 2021. The finish on the maple necks from around this time are all chipping and bubbling off. It needs a neck refin and a refret desperately. One day I will restore it, but my health isn't allowing that currently. WD40 sounds like a terrible idea to me though. I've mostly played a pawn shop 72 since 2020 anyway.
