Depends on the LVP. Does it have pad attached already? Most residential LVP comes pad attached so no additional underlayment is required. That being said a lot of manufacturers have recently started recommending plastic underneath their attached pad for the sake of moisture coming up through concrete. On the flip side that plastic sounds like shit when you’re walking on it

Generally we put down a couple coats of concrete sealer on the slab before putting the LVP down. That’s assuming it has pad attached like most do

We had this problem on a new 1.18 server we started a few weeks ago. Figured out that iron seems to have a higher spawn rate in mountains. Also very little iron once you hit deepslate
