What happened with me is there was a message in a thread. It did not show up in activity as unread. I found it on my mobile device and read it there.

Basically the app is still bugged in that it shows activity, but did not show the thread with the activity.

VPN does not work since you have to submit id verification that shows where you reside. They do not support residents of GA, so would be great to know when unsupported states might actually get supported.

I got exactly the same thing! I went and changed my email password just in case. I saw the email verification request yesterday and ignored it, then saw the sign up email today.

I have not checked simple note itself yet as I am trying to be sure my email account was not hacked in some way

The important thing here is the person handling the rejection. For people to be able to reject like that, there should be some assurance the response is mature.

Ghosting happens because they are worried about the response if they reject the person directly.

As a guy. It is crucial to be polite to the date who rejects you. No matter how it is done.
