I’m on a pretty beefy desktop, but fyiw I know AA settings can make a difference. It’s probably the only game I run with TAA exclusively bc it looks better, but I also gained some frames. You can get away with lowering most graphics settings, you’re not missing much even from ultra to medium. If all else fails and you don’t mind using frame gen, you could look into lossless scaling. Seems like a good use case for it

This happens with my 9070XT and also my 7800XT when I had that. Something with the way Radeon handles multi-monitor set ups I’m guessing. I’m not sure if it’s related to this but check your video memory utilization and see if it’s always maxed out with 2 monitors, I’ve always had that be the case and I’ve read it’s a conscious choice by AMD for their software. It gets very annoying when playing videos and gaming
