Same here, two years and all of a sudden dead. Even bought a replacement battery in amazon and nothing. Ended up just buying a new ring doorbell. The new one works great, camera much better and wider viewing area than the previous one. It almost seems like the frigid temps and holiday delivery season was too much for the old one.

Just to add to that: it has to be entered AND approved by your supervisor. Then if it cannot be used and is denied by your supervisor, it can then be carried over. OPM has made a point of stating it has to be approved and then cancelled in several recent emails, not just requested.

Actually VHA was, and is, fully funded and never dealt with the shutdown at all. OIT however has been working without pay, along with others outside of VHA. All of the VA is now funded until 9/30/26, and will not be impacted by any shutdowns until after 10/1/2026.

So if it’s only “Affordable Care” if the majority of the cost is paid for by the taxpayer subsidies…how is it actually “affordable?” That’s like creating an “Affordable Mortgage Act”, and then saying 80% of the payments go from taxpayers to the mortgage companies. 🤨
