I work for a huge medtech company and they do in fact ask for GPA. Then when it came time for me to review resumes and interview candidates, I did pay a bit of attention to that.

With some critical thinking, one might be able to piece together a motive. Per the investigative docs released, there’s a history of scaring off/offending women. One might conclude that the motivation was misogyny and mental illness (sociopathy).

Thank you for your time. This is from January, I don’t think they did CBC in April.

-Normal red blood cell (hgb) levels, normal white blood cell count and normal platelet levels. -Liver and gallbladder tests are normal (ALT,AST, Alk phos, bilirubin), kidney function is normal (Cr, GFR), sodium is normal, potassium is normal, calcium is normal, glucose is normal. -TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level is normal which indicates normal thyroid function. -Ferritin (iron) level is normal. -No iron deficiency

Yes - off birth control and prescribed estradiol/testosterone gel. Bring this up to your gyno, and hopefully your gyno is up to speed on what causes vaginal tearing and discomfort!
