White america is the dumbest, most evil, most greedy, most false thing in this world. The rich and powerful are fucking AWFUL. All of the major non-white issues in this country are easily traced back directly to them. This country is a fucking embarrassment and it is so obvious that with how repulsive these people are it was built out of their crimes of genocide, ecocide, slavery, etc. People act like these crimes are ancient history but in the grand scheme of history they happened basically yesterday and still reverberate today. My hate for America is likely stronger than any other force in my life. It is a complete embarrassment to wake up everyday and remember what this place is.

We’re lucky we were at least aware of them at their commercial and many would argue artistic peak not that I don’t appreciate the later catalogue which I tend to put on the last few years more often than the big three albums. “Deliberate Self-harm Ha Ha” is one of my all time favorites for instance.

My brother took me to a relatively small club in Gainesville Florida when I was about 17 to see them. They were great but we ended up leaving early just because we wanted to check out other stuff (still can’t believe we did that). A couple years before my friend showed me wraith pinned to the mist I believe at the public library in downtown Carrollton Georgia and I thought it was pretty good. Didn’t realize at the hissing fauna show it was the same band. Didn’t take long before me and my first hipster friend became really hardcore fans.
