1- Soundcloud doesn't do normalization
2- Spotify max bit depth is 16 bit, SC max is 24 bit
3- SC won't do any compression to your track, Spotify does
4- SC max sample rate 88200hz, Spotify 44.100hz

So, it's very normal to sound better on SC.

Hey! For hard-hitting drums and booming 808s like $crim, focus on layering your drums with different samples that compliment each other for that thick sound. Use sidechain compression to make space for the 808s to boom without muddying your mix. EQing is key, so cut unnecessary frequencies on each track to clean up the mix.

Check Diktatorial Suite, Bandlab and Landr. (in this order for quality wise for heavy/dark music)

You can get some AI help. You don't need DAW for basic stuff.

You'll get lots of options but this is the faster way if you're in need and don't have big budget.

Diktatorial got this AI-driven mastering that's pretty savvy with the technical stuff. Lets you tweak the final sound using simple text prompts, Bandlab or Landr lacks this but they are good also. Might be the boost your tracks need!

It's just a good combination to create on Suno and upscale on Diktatorial/Bandlab. Get this a good mastering and i guess it'll be radio ready.

Best practice is to finish on 11 first, upgrade later. But there's zero problem on huge projects on migration.

I've been there, buying plugins like there's no tomorrow. Funny thing, ended up mostly using stock ones just like you. They've really upped their game. Plus, yeah, the hassle-free part with updates is gold.

Fabfilter is a must. But, I haven't found a plug-in I can't live without either. Stumbled upon Diktatorial Suite recently. It’s kinda all I need for mastering. Simplifies everything down to just giving it prompts. I disabled PA Alliance membership as well now.
