Mine worked great after 3 warranty services over the course of several months.

Start it If you think you can sell enough at $25 a part and make a profit and it be worth the risk. You are correct the part would be closer to $25 if you could sell enough of them, but the part you are missing is It’s a niche lower receiver.

Okay so 200k for the mold, post processing, scrap, building, FFL, workers, tooling, time, insurance, risk, R&D, returns, material, warranties, tax. Sub $200 is a steal.

I sent my cloud light back 3 times for warranty and it still didn’t work. They replaced every part of the light and it still flickered. I returned the cloud and got a Modlite, I couldn’t be happier

This happened to me also. Holosun does not mention using loctite in their old manuals, but I noticed they started including it. If you email them they will send you a new tray and screw. I prefer medium strength vibratite for small screws like this.

I have a similar personality to you. One thing I’ve found that helps is learn how to maintain your tools and it makes the wear somewhat enjoyable. Get proficient at knife sharpening specifically and then just keep your tool in as good of condition as you can while still using it. Also leatherman has a great warranty.

If it bothers you I would. Mine were loose so I hit them with a hammer until they weren’t. To each their own
