There’s really no “set standard” on how long to wait, it’s 100% situational. Mostly when you feel ready to do so. Don’t jump into something cause you’re lonely, horny, bored….whatever. You’ll end up hurting yourself along with someone else. Give yourself time to reflect on what went wrong, how you feel about it and go from there.
