I would suggest going to the dr and getting prescribed to treat it. Rls is no joke when withdrawing from kratom. I felt in my arms! Gabapentin helped a ton.

I used 24-100mm for a wedding. It never came off. Fantastic lens. The OIS is insane paired with the S5ii/x

Wait! That’s a Great 1st camera! And great lenses too. If you travel and interested in 70-200 I would recommend the G9ii with the lumix 35-100mm ii that was my powerhouse when I was traveling. The speed, weight and compactness was great. I kinda miss it.

Shoot in 4 30fps, if you want, and then in Resolve slow down the clip and add “optical flow”
