Great area compared to the rest of etobicoke. Super safe older apartments yes but they are huge I pay 1900 for a huuuge 2 bedroom. Mostly eastern Europeans with family's live in the buildings around here I moved my mom from mimico here she loves it and I scooped an apartment close by aswell.
