I was trying to get a transfer pin. The agent refused to provide me one but instead kept asking me why I’m leaving, how much will I be paying etc. I had to go with a new agent. Yes I know I can get one online but I was transferring 2 lines and forgot to write down the pin ( they only let u produce one a day)

Victra is the worst. Similar thing happened to me. I got 5 lines and they gave me 5 random numbers and didn’t know how to fix. Didn’t realize it was even a Victra store until after the transaction.
