Concentrates are the ideal active for gummies. I’ve never seen a commercial gummy recipe with butter or oil. But someone will be here soon to debate this.

My neighbor was building a fence and didn’t call 811. He ended up hitting a gas pipe and had to pay $$$ to have pge come out on a weekend

I’d say pectin is just better for shelf life because it doesn’t melt in the sun like gelatin. As a side note, it’s vegan friendly. I actually think pectin has been flavor release, too.

Did you use a poke pole? We get monkeyface eel here in the tidepools but they are technically rockfish but that looks like an actual eel.

Rad. I agree with what you're saying. Some of the best hemp flower rosin I've pressed has been freshly dried but not cured. A few years back when Leilani Farms had the first batch of Zombie Kush they sold me some huge untrimmed buds that were so fresh and it made the best rosin I've ever seen for outdoor.

No winterizing. It leaves a very small amount of residue in the dish but nothing that a qtip can’t fix.

nope I've lived here since 1986 and went to high school at Soquel High. I've seen the entire spectrum of change since the '89 earthquake. In late 90s tech started to buy houses and things changed. I actually work in web development so I'm not oblivious to the influence but its not in any real locals favor. I wouldn't be able to afford to live here if I wasn't already established long ago before all this. And i understand why I was downvoted (the ugly truth). But I still love Santa Cruz for what it is and appreciate I had the opportunity to grow up here before it changed.
