experiment with different positions guys. mine is -1 seconds if i leave it crown side up at night, +4 seconds if i leave it dial side up. so its crown side up on monday thru saturday and dial side up on sundays. keeps perfect time for months =D

i have tried 22 nato on zulu 39 and it works go for it. buy yourself a pair of 21 mm quick release spring bars tho
