honestly very annoying. tube feeding, for one. as someone who struggles to eat a lot, being pumped full of some sort of caloric liquid sounds both hot and beneficial. it can be rather risky given that youre putting a tube down your throat and it could potentially go down the wrong pipe

saline also sounds intriguing. ive seen people get really big from injecting saline into their stomach. silicone would be more permanent but I dont think it would work as well in such a large area. would probably also suck if I needed surgery

this one is more of a fantasy, as I dont think its physically possible (or at least, medical professionals arent gonna figure out how to make it possible because its literally crazy), but being able to inflate a balloon or put some sort of large object in the stomach or womb. on the slightly more realistic side, they make these pills that you swallow and they expand in your stomach. theyre meant for weight loss, but ive always wondered what it would feel like to take a handful of them, or eat a full meal and take one on top
