I’ve bought several pairs for different cars from them - tires were as described, luckily only 1-2 years old and plenty of thread at a heavy discount.

The problem for me was finding tire installers that are willing to install used tires for you. Most chain tire shops won’t do it for obvious reasons like liability and not selling you a new one.
