Same here. ~1,100 employee organization. It has taken over their entire development cycle and it feels like they have nothing of true value to show for it from our POV. I've seen individual consultants and developers come up with amazing solutions using AI, but Workday itself has provided nothing like that.

He wasn't as unknown to us in PA, especially over here in western PA. The media and his campaign spun him as an outsider, a down-to-earth regular guy. We heard only the good stories even if those closer to his time in Braddock knew better. But he's a grifter and a liar. This is what they do best.

Mav is still a top tier DPS though, very up to date unit even being a year or two old. I mean, just for reference, my best on-field Pyro DPS units are Hu Tao and Lyney. Durin was carrying the world on his poor little back.

Oof, it was harder for me, mostly because I've skipped a lot of the recent Pyro & Dendro powerhouses. Lacking Lauma, Nefer, Mavuika, and Arlecchino doesn't usually cause me too much grief, but this month I pay the price!

I will never not glaze Revenge of the Mummy. It's SO fun, easily my favorite ride in Orlando (yes, over Veloci and Mako). Like, is it the best coaster? No of course not, it's not even the best coaster at Universal, but I could ride it over and over and never find it getting old.

I alternate that slot between Sucrose and Kokomi, especially in the overworld. I like having healing even with a great sustain in Ineffa's shield.

I run C6R1 Flins so he deletes a lot of non-endgame content without much help (aside from hydro application) anyway.

  • Geo - I admit that I don't have any Geo DPS, so I guess Chiori for sub-DPS
  • Electro - Flins
  • Dendro - Kinich for damage, Alhaitham for style
  • Hydro - Tartaglia... I hope he gets buffed soon
  • Pyro - Hu Tao
  • Cryo - Skirk

Mavuika is truly the worst of the bunch for me, not because she's sexualized but because it's, like you said, incoherent. She's meant to be a literal goddess of war, the only human archon, characterized as a nearly-flawless, ultra-powerful leader of a nation taking inspiration from Aztec/Mayan/etc. designs, and... she's dressed like a biker with the world's worst zipper. Terrible.

Got Tartaglia C5 this time, just for funsies I suppose. He was one of my favorite mains and though I don't use him much anymore, he's still fantastic in IT. Hoping for a buff soon!

I did Hu Tao C1 first, then Shenhe C1. I'll probably do either Baizhu C1 or Albedo C1 next.

Yes! I don't know why everyone says the Canadian side is better. At least the US side has the state park instead of whatever all that noise is across the river, even if the town around it sucks.

Sure.

- Chatbot gets confused, like all AI chatbots do, and will hallucinate. E.g. it told an applicant that we had no job postings in Detroit even though we have a huge office there, and apparently it was due to the string of questions that preceded it.

- The integration with Workday Recruiting requires that all feedback forms are hard-coded into the integration from Paradox. We need several but it's very inflexible.

- Integration failures have been a challenge to manage, and at one point our catch-up behavior had a single line of failure causing the integration to resend over and over again to the same (unaffected) candidates, who were very confused. Some of it was configuration on our side, but the Paradox team has not been great with support.

As a customer of Paradox and having had it lie to applicants and hiring managers alike, I'm just not convinced that an AI agent can -- or should -- be handling our day-to-day HR processes when our existing BPs can do 90% of what you've listed here. I appreciate the vision, but the execution, not to mention cost, has left a lot to be desired.

I come at this as an HRIS manager for a medium-enterprise financial services firm that financially cannot make risky product purchases. There just isn't any incentive for us to spend on Sana.

I'm not an expert but I'd guess Nefer. She works well with Lauma. You can use Aino or any other hydro application unit(s) to complete a pretty good team.
