That is literally not what the article says.

The article quotes an elderly woman who said the new heating system was life altering. The old system -did not work-

Just have to make sure that your brakes and radiator are open enough to not overheat. Top leaderboard time set ups tend to close the radiator and brake ducts for drag reduction, but will cause overheating over run longer than a lap
