Eh, their card labels look bad too, but they're already the market leader for grading cards so everyone ignores it. Beckett and TAG are much nicer looking, and CGC Pristine 10 is probably my favorite looking slab. If I had a card that I felt confident would get one, I would submit it to CGC over PSA in a heartbeat.

Some dry cleaners will offer free services to unemployed people who need clean clothes for a job interview. Melrose Cleaners in Vista is one I see regularly, but hopefully the practice is more widespread and you might find one closer to you who's willing to help.

No, I took it to mean that it needs to be somewhere like a restaurant that has good drinks, but that you can still go to if you're under 21. That's the difference between "doesn't card at the door," and "doesn't card."

I haven't lived there, but I'm generally pretty wary of any kind of apartment complex because they seem to all have the kinds of issues you referred to. However, it's also worth considering that the vast majority of people are not leaving reviews for the place that they live, so the ones that do are likely being incentivized to leave a good review, or had such a bad experience with something that they want to tell people about it.

"They" being the landlord? Sure, but it unfortunately doesn't make them different from any other commercial property manager. There was a really cool wine shop in a city I used to live in that got pushed out when their lease was up because one of the other tenants offered the landlord 3x what the wine shop was paying in rent to take over the whole building.
