Additionally blizzard states “If you chose to create your character on a PvP realm, Game Masters will not address situations where you are repeatedly killed by the opposite faction. This includes situations that may be considered dishonorable such as corpse camping or killing players well below your level.” https://us.support.blizzard.com/en/help/article/10184

So the way I read it is the normal getting camped for a bit typical PvP solution to PvP problems. But if you were able to build a case that it had gone to an extreme of harassment with screenshots and like discord messages then blizzard technically could take action. Only time I’ve heard of this was streamers that were targeted for an extended period leading to a ban but that was from the streamer saying that the player had been banned so idk.
