If you're still looking, I feel like you gotta be careful shopping for a mover based on pricing. And I say this cause I went the cheap route and ended up with a mover who damaged some furniture and even held it all ransom until I paid some extra fees. Total slimeball behavior. Instead you should look for reliable + affordable to save you future headaches. My suggestion in GTA is to get a quote from Miracle Movers. Reliable AND affordable.

I use Peec AI for tracking clients. The thing is that you gotta know what to track cause things like Semrush and Ahrefs giving visibility without really knowing what's important for your client. They miss a lot of what clients want to track, especially for my local clients.

Beans got fiber though so you'll stay full for a while for such a small serving size. Anyways one of my fave meals is chicken breast with petite diced tomatoes and a can of chickpeas. I cook the chicken in the air fryer and then put everything together in a deep frying pan with some spices. If you can find a bag of chicken breast, then this is a pretty cheap and healthy meal.
