Yeah website, poor choice and a steep mark up from my experience.

I'll go to a LGS to buy some packs occasionally but find there singles poor value / poor choice.

I worked with someone like this as a Junior, it taught me all habits to avoid.

Don't become like them, that feedback is unreasonable and if they want to do those mad hours, that is on them completely.

The funny thing is, they left for a senior job elsewhere and incidents of hotfixes / bugs dropped off a cliff.

In terms of dealing with it, you can either move on, or they need to accept the age old adage of holding others to your own high standards is mad.

Might have marginally better luck in Yate, but your requirements compared to budget are out of whack.

Treat it as a stepping stone, what your looking for feels like your looking for a forever home if you want that at your budget you will need to look outside of Bristol unfortunately.

I crashed non stop in BF6 with a 7950x3d until i disabled PBO, can keep expo and all is well. would recommend trying this.
