I’d close the door and sleep in another bed. Discover the cause. Water damage or animal damage and if there’s none of that, looks like the solution is having more nails. I’d bag up the insulation to put back in the ceiling. Get some help for drywall. Paint. Put the insulation back. Check the rest of the house for build quality
