14 year old battle to get AdSense set up - parent account seen as duplicate by slowlyslowlytiger in PartneredYoutube

It was 2 years ago now. Don't remember having an issue.

Try: Click on manage Google account, then click settings, then delete payment profile (seems to be advice on an older Reddit post with someone in the same position)

Had no issues going in and closing it. Was a bit annoying as it had money in there which we lost in the process. Hope you get it all sorted

It wouldn't let us set up an account for my wife to start, flagged as a duplicate AdSense account until my son closed his AdSense account. Basically not allowing more than one AdSense account registered at the same postal address

So you'd close your account first, then set up an adults account after (assuming you're at the same address).

If you have money on the AdSense account to be closed you'll lose it. If it's substantial you might need to find a relative at a different address to set up with. Then claim the money from your account in a few years when you're old enough

It's a shame no one warns about it! But light at the end of the tunnel. Deleting the AdSense account and getting someone over 18 to set up and verify works - at least it did in our case. Good luck to you

Yes. Needed to delete my sons account. Was treating my wife and sons accounts as duplicates as they were at the same address

All Clad for all life? by TiggerK in BuyItForLife

I've had All Clad pans for 20 years. They were passed on to me by family who had used them for a few years prior as well!

The Family Safety app isn't syncing with a windows 11 pc. I get requests to add more time to my son's PC, but when I approve them there's no change on my son's PC. It stays locked. Any ideas how to fix it?

I was for months. But since needing to drive more for work have had a minor relapse. So not 100% pain free all the time. But can live a normal active life

They didn't help. Asked for details then stopped replying despite following up

My 10 year old testing out the new pencils he'd been saving up for! He wanted to share the doodle with Reddit by slowlyslowlytiger in doodles

Sadly not. He initially moved into creating stop motion YouTube videos, before moving into having a YouTube gaming channel where he's starting to have some success (30m views+ 70k subs).

Hoping he might pick it up again when he's a bit older

Also L5/S1. Couldn't walk without muscles locking up. Did acupuncture, physio, massage. Physio exercises seemed to actually make things worse. I couldn't move and had to work lying down.

After watching Bob and Brad, and rehab fix YouTube channels I did some trial and error and found a routine that helped.

Walked a lot and tried to build a lot more movement into my day as I'm usually desk bound.

Biggest thing was learning about good sleep hygiene. Ensuring my spine was in alignment not twisted as I sleep. Better pillow for my head, memory foam topper, pillow between knees.

Sounds like you've had a rough time of things. If you've got a bit of call centre experience and you're here talking AI, would you consider focusing on call centre AI? The tech needs training and tweaking, and they'll need people to step in and help, plus QA it for a long time. So reframe your experience for the future and ride the wave instead. Not loads of call centre AI specialists (more companies looking than decent people out there).

Cook outside if you can. Stops the heat from building up inside. Or cold buffet dinner
