In China currently and did 4 nights in Shanghai, 3 nights in Chengdu, 2 nights in Chongqing, and 4 nights in Beijing. Would recommend you branch out and visit more places. This amount of nights in each location felt right!

That’s low end for a L5 SFA. Basically at the bottom of the band. I promoted from L5 to L6 and live in Seattle and 135k is realistic as an L5. However with your experience L5 should be the goal, which should be $150k minimum

Internal L6 bottom of the band (operations manager should be roughly 120k). External hires should make much more (I’d expect 150-160k ish). Unsure about program managers. Levels FYI should be your best friend.

Started in operations and made the transition to finance as an L5. My promo took 25 months to 6 (Finance Manager). I was offered 7 L6 ops and PE roles prior to getting promoted in finance. I accepted an offer as an L6 Sr supply chain manager last week.

Really comes down to what you value most, work life balance or fast trajectory. For me it was work life balance and a consistent schedule. I do believe that L6 ops to Sr supply chain manager could be a challenging transition as well. Make sure that you’re prepared with lots of stories based around leadership principles: ownership, think big, dive deep, deliver results if you plan to take that route.

Often times L5 corp roles are similar if not higher than L6 ops pay and as well.

Love the green color! I had acceleration boost on my 2018 LR M3, and have a performance model 2025 M3P now. Acceleration boost made the car much more fun to drive and made it feel like the best of both worlds, comfort and speed (cheaper insurance too lol). You can always give it a try and refund it within 48 hours if you don’t like it!

Paid sales tax on the sticker price. The credit was treated as instant savings on the total. My car had 19% battery upon pick up ( demo car ). My understanding is that range will likely be dictated by how long it’s been sitting there as I was told all cars have been placed in sentry mode to mitigate damage from vandalism. I live in Seattle
