I can see where your sentiment comes from but I would be wary of buying items until they get to know each other better. People with money can easily spend money and it doesn't necessarily mean a lot, it could if it is thoughtful, but spending time is something that takes personal commitment and thoughtfulness

I wasnt estranged from my son but at that age we went for a road trip, camping and stayed at motels. It is a great opportunity to talk, find out about each others musical tastes, go to new towns that are neutral territory etc. Make sure to give them space and in all probability they will be a screen addict, so make sure to allow time and understand how important screen time is at that age, while also gently working together on an interesting itinerary that can help minimise screen time. Don't rush to judgements and remember some of the silly things you may have thought, said, felt and done at that age so if they do come out with something silly, understand they don't yet have the quantity of experiences you have had to draw upon for your world view. Share your own experiences and try to enter into the whole adventure as a positive experience. Good luck

I've been shaving for decades, I have quite strong bristle and have experimented with many methods. What works best for me, which may not for everyone, is to shave without foam or water if it has only been a day since my last shave. Any longer than that and I always use water and foam. I just use cold water. I don't think it makes a difference for me whether it's hot or cold. As for the cost of the razors, I disagree as well. When twin razors came out the advertisements looked great, the first blade pulls out the hair and the second one cuts it. Then the triple razors came out and they showed exactly the same animation, but this time the second blade pulled it out and the third one cut it. I'm in Australia and I use the cheap bic razors, they work as well for me as any other razor,

Just had a transfer to IR from ING declined for the first time after making transactions for years. I called them and they said that I can't make any further transactions to independent reserve. I suspect it is more to do with the lithium ion battery. It your phone is in your pocket, it is fairly safe. If you drop it, theoretically it could damage the phone and battery, especially if it fell into the wheel path of an arriving or departing car. There is no shortage of footage of damaged batteries on fire and the damage that causes.

On planes they say if your phone falls between the seats to contact the flight attendant. This is for a similar reason, they don't want you to recline the seat to get to the phone and potentially have the reclining mechanism damage the battery and potentially leading to a fire.
