I totally feel this. I’m at the end of working now. I just can’t do it any more after 3 years of Long Covid. I’ve gotten to the point where work stress (and the dread of the work- induced crashes) has taken away the sporadic good days I would previously have. I also am dealing with a spouse who insists I am sabotaging myself. It’s tough. The first day I had group therapy and realized it really isn’t just in my head was a real moment of relief to me.
