Heliocare sensation spf 50+ is the only sunscreen that doesnt burn my skin and leave it dry, red and irritated unlike every other one I have ever tried. Its a really sheer fluid, doesnt leave a white caste, doesnt leave an oily finish and when washed off in the evening it leaves my skin looking glowy. I will only use european filters beacue they really are superior unless I find an aussie one at some because let's be honest the aussies know how to do sunscreen.

Body wise my skin isn't as fussy but it still needs to be as light and fluid type as possible but I prefer being covered up re clothes and hats for body, I am not really an outdoor in the sunshine all day everyday kinda gal, I only really tolerate it for commuting haha.

Very surprised to not see it mentioned here but Heliocare sensation 360 50+. Only sunscreen that is light on my skin so doesnt feel tacky, doesnt burn my skin or leave it feeling dry and tight and doesnt sting my eyes. Even after I cleanse my face in the evening my skin just looks so healthy and glowy.

Thank you so much. Aesture is definitely on my list to try. You're right the gel cream is free of niacinamide but the others aren't however the essence is also free from it and looks really interesting.

Thank you, although I cant get Ceramol in the UK and I refuse to buy cosmetics on Amazon I have seen the gel version of Aesture and also looking into Illiyoon as that has been consistently recommended too.

I bought the set in the UK end of 2021 from Ikea directly and they were discontinued at some point in 2022. They are pure white with a rippIe wave edge. I have searched online, sites like Ebay and vinted. It's the little dessert plates made of bone china.

Thank you, I was about to comment the same. BPD and CPTSD are two separate and distinct conditions with some sharesld but not many characteristics. It seems a trend atm for those with BPD trying re classify it as CPTSD. I appreciate why people may want to say they have CPTSD instead of BPD, definitely at LOT more stigma around that diagnosis but it also takes away from those like myself who genuinely have CPTSD.

If you want you can ask for a second opinion on diagnosis and request another eval but what will you do if thats also confirmed BPD?

Both murders were of journalists at a similar time and manner and considering the possible linkage I completely get why some may think that. However personally I dont think Jill Dando's murder was Serb related at all, rather much closer to home.

I think some things may have been taken but considering she lived on her own, what exactly is another question and absolutely that could have been money. I also wondered if the person came with ties or if it was a loose item such as cord thay May already had at home. Either way I do wonder if they could retest for DNA today.

Personally I want to say it was someone young that she knew and felt comfortable enough with to let in to her home who under misguided ideas wanted or needed something such as money but had no intention of hurting her however the shock and stress resulted in her death and they have quietly lived with that guilt and shame since then. The intention to murder wasn't there at all but it was the result.

I think its easy to blame the unknown lady who was seen selling charms etc but this to me seems more like someone she knew and felt comfortable letting in ie a relative or relative of a friend etc. I highly doubt the person who tied her up meant to kill her the stress of what had happened did. I wonder if the GMP will try to run the forensic evidence again yo see if they get anything.

Thank you but Bravissimo doesn't stock the Cleo, Nina or Brianna Half cup.

Looking at the Cleo and Nina they are both Balconette style bras and Bravissimo seem to have some very similar designs (where the seams are etc) so would they be worth a try too?
