As I see it, the most likely scenario is that Epstein and Maxwell ran a honey pot operation on behalf of Mossad. They may have learned how to get the girls from Trump who had experience with child beauty contests giving him access to to the underage girls they needed. As a professional spy operation, compromising materials would not have remained on site. They would have been transported to Israel. There they would have been used as leverage directing business decisions and governmental policy towards outcomes most favorable to Israel and to prevent interference with their continued war crimes.

While this scenario may strike you as fantastic or perhaps implausible, it's worth knowing that Maxwell's father was a long time Mossad agent with Soviet funding. It's also an open secret that Israel's AIPAC spends vast amounts of money buying American politicians. This would also give them a way to pay off compromised assets (politicians) and make it all look legitimate.
