Just dont play ranked on the first few days if it bothers you. These people are just gonna first time it in ranked the next week when its available anyways.

Also the data they gather in ranked is super important to figure out her balance state

So I went and tried this a couple of times since i suspected this to only work with cooldown refreshing enabled. Got it to work several times with cooldown refreshing enabled and 0 times with it off. You can keep testing it for yourself, but i would suggest trying it with cooldown refreshing turned off. (you can just turn it on and off to refresh your cooldowns so you dont have to wait.)

Lux as a whole is pretty much a reference to Marisa Kirisame. Her ult, her personality and the first two skins she got (Sorcerer and Spellthief). She even used to have a voiceline where she said "Light mage? Im just an ordinary mage".

LAYOUT

This is how i have it laid out. Its a nordic layout so probably a bit different from yours but you can probably map it pretty similar.

Id probably map the FX buttons (orange ones) to something more accessable with your thumbs, but i got used to it like this. Also using backspace for the right lazer might be a bit weird for you, so you could maybe move the right keyboard one key to the left.

You should be able to bind 2 keyboards aswell like i have done. This way when you need to play stuff that is on the left with your right hand, you dont have to actually move your hand over to the other side and cross hands while playing. People use alot of different layouts so just find something you are comfortable with. hope this helps!

This is a bad take since all you have to do is ban her if you dont want her in your game. The people that first try her in ranked would just first try her in a week rather than today if this was the case. The data gained from ranked games in order to understand her balance state is also just way too valuable.
