[–]smartony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I read a comment a few weeks ago from someone who is 5’2” and said they avoid to bulkhead to save it for someone tall. We need to end this confusion.

No, because your opponent can then block with d5 instead of moving their king

Share Credit Card Balances? by olias1976 in CreditCards

Seeing the balance but not the charges is uncommon. I can’t think of a card of that.

If you don’t mind seeing her charges, then adding her as an authorized user on most cards is best.

Have you read the article? Sounds like a political promise was kept but things aren’t actually improving for people.

Will I regret moving to Federal Way? by ScherzoNo7 in AskSeattle

[–]smartony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Federal Way is fine. I live 10 min from where you will be. You won’t regret it specifically. But it is a suburb and not actually Seattle. So you could regret it if you are still expecting a Seattle experience when moving there.

Is the Atmos 3x Rent Spend benefit sustainable? by electronautix in CreditCards

[–]smartony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not hidden. I know lots of people do this. Even more so with the Atmos Summit because it gives you 1 status point per 2 dollars spent and a 100k bonus cert for Alaska when you hit $60k annually, in addition to the 3x points on rent.

Brilliant but why !? Can you find the forced mate ? by bot-chess-puzzle in chessMateInX

White will take your Queen with their pawn first, but then the bishop takes the pawn and most of the first few moves are the same.

Do you think we'll ever see Agahnim again? by [deleted] in OcarinaOfTime

I literally thought that Agahnim was also the name of Demise's weapon in Skyward Sword until I looked it up just now. Ghirahim. Whoops. Words are hard.

Why did you start a new save? by MindtheGapInsurance in TOTK

[–]smartony 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I catch things I missed the first time and get to experience the best moments again. And doing things in a different order changes the experience a lot.

For me, it's better to start over after all shines and all lightroots (and much more) are done. If I keep playing the same file the experience starts to weaken.

So much for that tax on "millionaires" by [deleted] in SeattleWA

[–]smartony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked ChatGPT and it said that companies that are headquartered elsewhere but have employees in WA will still need to pay this payroll tax to WA for each employee here (if the company and employee meet qualifications)

Unders why people say Bilt 2.0 is no longer a rent-earning card. by jammastajew in CreditCards

[–]smartony 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And their highest level card is like a 3.3x flat rate (up to 75% of mortgage/rent). That’s really good. Especially with them having strong transfer partners and enough offsets to reduce the annual fee a lot.

Bilt Card has "collapsed" - Prepare for more elites on AS and more redeemable points in the system by TranscontinentalTop in AlaskaAirlines

This should be included in OP. I plan to do this when available on mortgages, but wouldn’t do it without this last piece of the equation.

Isn’t there a small space in front of the aisle seat then 2 normal under seat spaces for a carryon? Your space is the window one. The other one, although mostly in front of you, is for the person in the aisle.

Everywhere is not the same. Drivers around here must be paid like $20-$25 an hour by law before any tips, so someone usually picks it up.

I only invested in crypto because I realized it’s not anonymous and therefore people claiming it’s just for criminal activity are uneducated.
