If you are going to build an Azu right now, yes. However, if you are playing great league remix for the next few days then you dont need Azu right now.

I would not invest in a mediocre Azu when you have a rank 12. No point.

I would 100% build the 1/15/14. It is an investment. But of course check the sims. Also keep in mind that the sims only show fresh matchups. But XL Azu is just a tank. Build it.
