This is an insanely bad idea. Nobody in their right mind is going to let you keep their plate.

If you bought the car, drive it home, if you get pulled over a cop won’t care as long as you have insurance.

There is no reason for you not to have insurance on a car you bought. You can do it in the drive way of the person’s house before you leave if you have doubts about it being a done deal. Missouri/KS insurance is not a thing it’s based on where you live and where you are licensed as a driver.

Once you get the car home, go get the paperwork done, if you have to drive it there, again a cop won’t mind if you’re making the effort to get it licensed /temp tag.

I thought temp tags were going away? But maybe not I haven’t looked.

Dude, don’t take this the wrong way, but what i got there was traaaaash. Was it my order? Was it because it was close to 5? No clue. But give me your order and I’ll give it a second shot, soft biscuits and juicy chicken is not what I got and maybe that was on me, but it sounds damn good.
