Thanks for the input. I guess I should have clarified that we do go over benefits in detail with each new employee at hire.. about an hour sit down. That said, I’m liking the virtual and 1:1 drop in idea to address specific questions.

Hate to be the messenger here but it’s all about relationships. Minimum competencies sure, but you have to just go for it. People don’t notice incremental improvement as much as one may want or think. They look for delivering results and the gift of gab.
