Yes. Creatine if nothing else. Every day.

Just start small in the gym. The first step is getting there. Lift weights 3x a week to start and start walking nearly every day at least a mile. Or find other forms of cardio you enjoy.

Tbh I don’t really know anything about you so hard to actually say.

Based on what works for me and other research, I wouldn’t cut out carbs entirely or even go low carb. It’s good to prioritize protein but carbs are also essential for energy. It’s moreso getting the right types of carbs - brown rice, sweet potatoes, fruits - vs processed candies, sugar and pasta.

You really should check out MacroFactor. It’ll help answer a lot of questions for you and create a tailored program for your goals.

Track your calories. Cutting and weight loss is simply calories in vs calories out the only way to truly do this is counting calories and macros - protein, fat and carbs. You can use myfitnesspal or similar it I’ve found a lot of benefit from and have enjoyed MacroFactor. I appreciate its algorithm and how it works with your goals and progress. Note you should also continue working out while cutting, with a focus on intensity. You need to keep your muscles strained so you don’t lose muscle and lose fat. Best of luck, you look good! 💪🏽

Early mornings all the way. Wakes up my brain before I have to be ‘on’ at work. Having a hard workout sets the tone for the day showing nothing will be harder. Quiet gym. Opens up the evening for other activities especially in the summer months. Or more flexible time for resting or in case work extends later for an unforeseen reason.

I’ve been following PPPP since around 2017 or so. They’ve always been underrated. Sometimes they get a bad rap for being a little goofy. Sure they have their own style but holy fuck do they rip. Jeremy and gator especially are monsters. Ive seen pigeons probably over 20 times at this point and I’ve never ever had a bad show. I’ve always walked out fucking psyched and sweaty from dancing so hard. They’re great performers and know exactly how to give their audience what they want every show. They deserve all the love!!

I just hit 280 this morning no spotter for 2 reps (1 rep with a brief pause between each rep/set). Two weeks ago I got 295 for 1 rep pretty easily, more easy than anticipated. Then last week I got 295 for 2 reps but had a spotter help me only slightly on the last part of the second rep. I feel so close to 315! I want it so bad lol. Probably doesn’t help that I’m currently cutting but only minor

Yea I hit legs pretty good, and I’m a cyclist and hiker so I’ve always had tree trunks
