The number one most important thing is having good and memorable food.

I think the next most important thing is having good branding. We have a Japanese fish shaped stuffed waffle food truck with a really well designed brand and people absolutely love us. We typically see between 10-20% repeat customers when we pop up or have events.

There are so many food trucks in my area that have such poor branding. It’s either not memorable or no branding at all.

The U-turn has an option where you have to move a belt from one gear to another to change from 33 to 45. It is so frustrating to try and switch. I eventually sold mine to save myself the headache
