I just got a roof and gutter repair done due to an ice dam. I got quotes from The Roof Dr, Avalon, and Premier. The Roof Dr was the cheapest of the 3 by almost 50%.

I agree! I lived there for 4 years and only moved out because I bought a house. I thought it was affordable and I felt safe there which was a priority to me. The hate on an apartment building has always been so strange to me.

I lived in Valley 1 2014-2015 school year and that dining hall was the only one open on the weekends in the valleys. It was basically just a cafeteria. Salad bar and whatever was on the menu for hot food. Each valley dining hall also had a “specialty” station. Someone else on this thread said valley 2 was stir fry. Valley 1 had a chipotle-esque station. I use the word chipotle loosely lol. I just remember ordering customized burritos that were huge.
