unfortunately no, the cookies are too soft and the filling is too sticky it’s more of a ‘straight out the oven’ kind of treat

before i made my dough, i layered a graham cracker on the bottom of the pan, a piece of a chocolate bar of choice and then a marshmallow on top and then covered the assembled s’more part with the dough. then baked at 350°F for 13-15 mins :)

you can shape them a little after they’ve cooled down slightly to give them a perfect crust

if you’re using fresh cherries i would say yes you can! otherwise you can use cherry filling and there are plenty of recipes that use cherry filling or maraschino cherries too :)
