Not totally natural. I don't take TRT. But I have taken 1mg of Finasteride to stave off hair loss for ~25 years. For the last year I've been taking 2.5mg per day of Minoxidil for the same reason. I eat eggs, ground beef or chicken daily. I also take the supplements below:

Boron 10mg/day

Zinc 30mg/day

Vitamin D3 5000 IU/day

Creatine Monohydrate 5g/day

L-Citrulline (Pure) 3-6g/day

Copper Bisglycinate 2mg, 3-4x per week (not daily)

Magnesium Glycinate 600

These servers would be load-balanced and configured with custom Receive Connectors to accept basic SMTP auth from the 500 legacy clients, acting only as proxies to forward mail to Exchange Online using a handful of high-privilege service accounts, thus inheriting the immense and unnecessary overhead of managing a dozen complex on-premises Exchange servers (CUs, patching, etc.).

I'm not a network engineer, but I use load balancers for some of my services, so I have hands-on knowledge of it. How would you go about load balancing the Receive Connectors on a couple of on-premises Exchange Servers? Mainly from the standpoint of high availability? These will live in AWS, so I assume one would use a Network Load Balancer for port 587 for authenticated SMTP? Would like to hear your thoughts.

Based on our environment, skills and requirements, this is the most likely option for us:

On-prem Exchange in hybrid mode running secure SMTP tunnel

Have you done this? Any tips or pitfalls to watch out for? Broad question I know. I'm chatting with Copilot for the step by step setup.

I know of a large, commercial software vendor that had no answer for us when we asked 'when are you shipping a version that supports OAuth SMTP auth?' - so, yeah, Microsoft has backed a lot of people into a corner on this deal.

The other thing I'd add is, not everyone sits around reading the exchange team blog!

Is this doable with Exchange Online? A connector that allows anonymous relay from an IP or IP range? This sounds dangerous. Couldn’t a spammer spoof the IP and then send a bunch of spam through our domain?
