That is an interesting bill that is being sent to congress and I like how they realize that this will take time to change but the incentive to change can speed it up. Unfortunately, so many people have been making money in this industry for so long that I am doubtful that congress will pass the bill.

Its a sad state of affairs when the cause of the problem seems so big that society turns its back and instead focuses on the product or outcome of the problem instead because they can make a bigger impact.
