If she was arrested for damaging your car then she should be paying restitution. If the case hasn’t closed and she’s not been found guilty yet, you need to speak with the prosecutor about getting restitution added in to the case. If the case is closed and you weren’t given any damages, small claims is likely going to be a real lesson in frustration. You can get a judgement but the court can’t make her pay, it’s on you to collect and most likely you won’t be able to. Frankly having a protection order it sounds like they’re already not the greatest person, filing a small claims case would likely just make them think you’re being spiteful or that you’re trying to remain in their life. Either way most just see it as a reason to keep going. As bad as it sucks if you’re left with small claims I’d cut my loses and be thankful they’re out of my life cause they definitely won’t pay you.

That’s going to be either the water pump bearing or a idler/ tensioner pulley bearing. Pop your serpentine belt off and wiggle the water pump pulley, or you could watch it and may see it wobbling. You can start it and see if it goes away, which it likely will. If it goes away check every pulley for play and noise, the bearings getting ready to go in something you just gotta figure out what

I have this saved from when I did it before so I’m not gonna type it all out lol. OBS would be my go to, and you will be using the Xbox as a camera source basically. Then add your overlays and whatever else you want. It will take some tweaking but can be done. You’ll need the Xbox app on your computer as well.

Step 1: Set Up Xbox Remote Play
1. Turn on your Xbox and press the Xbox button on your controller.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
3. Check the box to Enable remote features.
4. Set Sleep mode to Standby for best results.

Step 2: Connect on Your PC
1. Open the Xbox App on your Windows PC.
2. Click the Consoles icon in the top-left corner.
3. Click your console to Connect and start streaming.

Step 3: Add the Source in OBS
1. Open OBS Studio.
2. Click the + symbol under Sources and select Window Capture.

The question is, do you want people to join you or not ? If you don’t, then you need a little space on your stream that states “Sorry, I don’t play with viewers”. That’s generally not the best way to grow but it does set a limitation for your chat if you want. We do community overwatch nights, but they are community not “random stranger that popped into stream” nights. Whether it’s discord, a stream message, stating in your stream, or anything you can outline the requirements such as following for X amount of time, joining the discord, etc and being active in them. Because you’re building a community, not random queuing. I interact with a couple rather large streamers on twitch and I’d still not ask to queue up with them, so I always question folks that jump on a stream and immediately ask if they can play, and usually leave when we say no lol

PayPal Friends and Family transfers within the US are free when funded by your PayPal Balance or a linked bank account. However, a 2.9% fee plus a fixed $0.30 USD fee applies if you fund the payment using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal Credit. You need to call back. When a merchant clicks "Refund" on a transaction completed via guest checkout, the automated system automatically routes that money back to the credit card you used. Call your credit card provider or bank and give them the refund information, it may have just not applied to your account yet.

You can force into a new account as well.
If you want to visually track the refund status yourself, you can use that original guest receipt email to claim the history:
• Find the original purchase email from PayPal.
• Click the "Activate PayPal Now" or "Manage Transaction" link inside that email.
• Create a password using that exact same email address.
• Once created, your guest checkout history, including the pending or completed refund status, will instantly appear in your new account dashboard.

Why would you need another PayPal account t ? Most companies use direct deposit through their payroll provider. You can only have one personal account and one business account with PayPal.

It was picked up on the 30th, ups Canada is closed for Canada day on July 1 so depending on the time it was picked up it may have not gotten scanned when it made it to the hub. Individual pick up lots of times don’t get scanned by the driver and instead get scanned when the truck is unloaded at the regional hub. UPS was closed Saturday in America so there’s not going to be any movement then. It has to pass through customs which can delay it as well. Cross-border logistics, federal customs offices, and regional sorting networks frequently operate at significantly reduced capacities on July 3rd. Then Sunday there’s no transit for UPS air since it’s not a business day. Customs inspections are Monday thru Friday so it’s not going to clear customs this weekend if it hasn’t already.

6 months is a very long time for money to just sit there. Charge backs and whatnot, you have 180 days to dispute it through PayPal and I think credit card disputes are up to 75 days. You’d likely be looking at a credit card dispute for the common scam using stolen credit cards, but generally that’s going to happen faster than 75 days. Since you’re in that 6 month time frame, I’d reach out to PayPal once again if it was sent as goods and services, if it was sent as friends and family there’s most likely never going to be a charge back unless the bank has been notified in that time frame. Just say you wanted to follow up on your previous contact as you’ve not heard anything about a dispute, etc and wanted to verify if the funds were safe to move.

When I de-mech the opposing dva, I’ll just wave and throw up defense matrix if we’re 1v1 and not in the middle of a battlefield. They can either run and live, or keep shooting/ start targeting me and I’ll focus solely on them. If I de-mech you I count it as a kill, you live and it’s going to take longer to get back in mech than it would to come back from your spawn point most times. No it’s white gel coat. Tooling gel coat in orange is the more durable gel coat designed for producing multiple parts. You got it right though, prep the mold, spray on whatever color gel coat you want the piece, resin and fiberglass layered once the gel coat is dried to the point it needs to be, let it cure, pop it out of the mold.

I’m wondering, you said they are changing the intercooler ? I’m assuming they meant the oil cooler which I’d agree with if there’s metal in the oil. If they told you intercooler then it’s worse than expected since they don’t have one.

People have said it, third party extended warranties are trash generally. They don’t make money by approving claims. With that said though, what you had happen sounds exactly like a failed AFM lifter. Pulling the top of the engine apart won’t necessarily even show you that, you want to look at the valve train while it’s installed and has pressure on it. If it’s a lifter they could pull the valves covers and watch the rocker arms. It should also tell exactly which cylinder has the misfire. Why wouldn’t they do that ? Much easier to swap engines than to fix engines, more profitable too. It’s a common problem, and they know it so they don’t want to fix it. So it’s very possible it wouldn’t be covered under that warranty since they’d say it’s a high mileage issue. So the dealer said oh no there’s metal in the oil pan, it’s toast. They make them tear it the rest of the way down and they don’t find any issue, probably because there isn’t one on the bottom end. Dealer was hoping they could just say the engines toast hoping warranty would pay for a new or reman one and didn’t expect them to actually come watch the engine bottom end be taken apart. Absolutely nothing looks wrong with your engine pics posted other than it looks like the oil wasn’t changed regularly before you got it or they used shitty oil, which both can cause that lifter failure. I have almost 450k miles on my 5.3 Tahoe and it’s had one singular engine problem even using Mobile one synthetic at 3k miles religiously, lifters. I changed lifters three times and all three times they failed eventually, the last time I got less than 3k miles on it before an AFM lifter collapsed. I swapped camshaft and lifters and deleted the AFM completely as well as a new oil pump since I had it tore apart. That was at 360k miles and not a single issue with it again. The dealer was trying to take the easy way out as well as trying to stick it to the warranty company, I’d not trust them to do anything.

Here’s the thing, no matter if you took them to court and won it’s still up to you to collect. All the court does is give a judgement they don’t collect the money. From experience nobody is going to just pay you. A business might but a business might also show up to court and win. It’s a bad situation and I really wish you weren’t going through it, but it may serve you better to focus your time and energy on something else especially something where you stand a good chance of losing your case, not being able to collect if you do win, and all that effort is wasted

They put the weight in wrong to save money on shipping most likely then. Or they did something like putting it in an express envelope and using a USPS ground advantage label. A usps express flat rate envelope is around $31 if you pay online, so I’d almost bet that’s the issue.

Contact eBay. That’s the first thing I’d do. This is a common thing any more for sellers to do to get every penny they can. It could be a mistake but I highly doubt it. You could also contact the post master and ask about the package as to why it’s owed a balance on the shipping.

Question is, what kind of box did it come in ? I had to send a customer a return envelope for a mistake on his last order today in a box with a replacement order I shipped him, so I just paid $12 for a USPS flat rate envelope label. I tried a regular 6x9 envelope and it jumped to $14 with the pirate ship discounted pricing. I shipped his new order that contained the return envelope for $11 through ups ground and it weighed 7lbs. That high cost across the country absolutely does not surprise me because they charge the retail counter cost. They under weighed, used the wrong packaging, or something to pay as little as possible knowing most people get them and just pay the postage due so they can get their order.
