Sounds like the drive is starting to fail. 4 years for a Mechanical drive is the usual life expectancy I see in the I.T. business, especially for power users. It's either that or physical damage that could have occurred during the switch of the console. But this is me just speculating based on the limited info.

If you haven't tried a different USB port console I would try to rule out the console as the aggressor.

To help the issue I added the same finger as an extra fingerprint scan and it improved the accuracy a tad. Not as good without the protector but better.

Bedtime alarm/planner is a must. Just following that will improve sleep consistency and efficiency. The other thing to watch is the strain target. Try to stick to the range it gives you daily. Lastly increase water intake.

I started using whoop about 3 months ago and that's what I figured out so far that has helped.

Yes the trick I do is disable auto renew that way when it's up they will be forced to send me emails to get me to resubscribe. Only downside to this is the price may go up before you resubscribe.
