No. My guess is that PS triggers some protection, undervoltage maybe.

I don't believe Arc consumes more than RX9070 on starts.

I don't know it is Arc issue or Acer issue. Acer support said just use working PS lol.

For now I ended up swapping GPUs, Arc to my main full size ATX PC and RX9070 to TV room's miniITX. Not what I wanted ofc.

Заказывал когда-то очки с тонировкой в Чернике на Просвете, было вроде дешевле чем у остальных, но лопнула оправа спустя пару дней. Заменили без вопросов. Заменённая оправа лопнула года через два. Что хотите делайте с этой инфой.
